The aim of this class is to exercise and keep flexible all joints and muscles. This involves moving to various types of music, including popular and classical. We start slowly to warm up, increasing pace and intensity during the first half hour and then have a seated section (for a rest!), finishing with slower paced exercises and finally a cool down.
