Since today's meeting I've been investigating upgrading to Win 8 from Win 7.
I was not at the group meeting that discussed Win 8 so I may be repeating things already said.Microsoft are offering an upgrade (from XP, Vista & Win7) to Win 8 Pro for ?14.99.
The offer ends 28th Feb 2013 and you must have bought a new PC between 2nd June 2012 & 31st Jan 2013.See the following link – http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/upgrade-offer

PS – I have bought the Update by downloading it, then you have the option of copying it to a USB stick or DVD.
I have not installed it yet. Will let you know how I get on!
