A really lovely 4 mile walk today around the Trefin Headland with 17 walkers setting off.
The earlier Pembrokeshire fog and mist in the South of the County cleared by the time we arrived at the Ship Inn.
The route was a most scenic walk, predominantly around the coast path, but taking in a visit to the world famous Carreg Sampson Neolithic burial cromlech, circa 3000 BC, where according to legend the biblical Samson lifted the capstone into place with his finger.
The walk concluded with a most welcome lunch in the Ship Inn with a most sincere vote of thanks to the walk leaders Eve, Marina and Janet for a very enjoyable morning and for laying on such excellent weather.
