The Guardian/Observer are SO generous! We subscribe so every couple of months we get a book of vouchers to buy our Sunday paper at a discount. Yesterday Rowena go EIGHT identical letters each containing a book of vouchers for then next few months. We decided to ring their subscription department yesterday, later afternoon, to thank them, and let them know what had happened……. I wonder how many other subscribers have been so lucky. By the way I am checking the bank account to see we they haven't activated the direct debit eight times!
