Hi all- most enjoyable 3 mile walk from Houghton and surrounds via Hanging Stone, see below, in very enjoyable weather.
The 34 walkers enjoying the profusion of daffodils, snowdrops, and lovely Pembrokeshire countryside with recourse to the Jolly Sailor for a very pleasant lunch.

    Regards,

(Hanging Stone beleived to be a Neolithic burial chamber circa 4000-3000BC known as
Dolmans, or Cromlechs in Wales, are megalithic tombs consisting of large stones set in formation and originally covered with earth or more, smaller stones. In many cases the covering has been weathered away leaving only the stone 'skeleton' of the monument.)
