On an overcast morning 26 eager walkers set off across fields , in the direction of Lamphey, after a few muddy patches and some styles we arrived in the village, unfortunately we were unable to walk by the Bishops Palace as the fields adjoining contained a BULL and cows with calves, which had taught our walk leaders Rita and Sheila to jump gates in true Olympic fashion, a few days earlier. We arrived back to a great meal at the Freshwater Inn, and a vote of thanks was proposed to both leaders for a good walk .Â
