    …………….. for failing to upload a list of things to see in July.  Colin has just reminded me of the partial lunar eclipse due for tomorrow.

    Also take a look to the south.  for the past few nights the Moon has hung between Jupiter bright in the southern sky and Saturn in the south east. I Was out with my telescope last night and could see clears 4 of Jupiter's moons as well as three of the surface bands the circle the planet, While Saturn, as always took my breath away it looks stunning at the moment. The moon swings east each night at midnight while Jupiter remains the brightest object in the southern sky!
